President and Founder
Justin Freeh served as an officer in the United States Navy, completing multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He currently serves as the President of a privately held cybersecurity company. Justin is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, the Georgetown University Law Center and the Harvard Kennedy School. While at the Harvard Kennedy School, Justin was a recipient of the Center for Public Leadership’s Fellowship for Emerging Leaders. He is admitted to the bar in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Justin is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is a Member of Business Executives for National Security.
Secretary and Treasurer
Dan Runzheimer served in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer, completing three deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism. He currently serves as an operating executive at a rapidly growing automotive software business, and is the founder or co-founder of several private companies. Dan is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Wharton School.
Maryellen Reilly is Deputy Vice Dean at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she leads the student experience outside the classroom, including Career Management, Admissions & Financial Aid. Her passions at Wharton include supporting the Veterans Club, Wharton Women in Business and all of the various activities that allow students to get out of their comfort zone and really challenge themselves. Prior to Wharton, Maryellen spent 15+ years in finance in both the US and Europe at notable firms including Capital Group and JP Morgan.
Additionally, Maryellen is an independent trustee for the OTS Asia Opportunity Fund, sits on the investment committee of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women.
Jared W. Sprunk
Jared Sprunk served in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer, completing two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism. He currently works for a major international energy company in Houston, Texas. Jared is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.
Steve Hudock served in the Navy as a supply corps officer in the submarine community and information technology. He is a qualified Navy Diver. After retiring from the Navy, Steve served as Vice President and CIO of Northrop Grumman Ship Systems. Steve is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, and earned graduate degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School, Chaminade University and George Mason University. An avid outdoorsman and family man, Steve holds national intercollegiate records for competitive marksmanship.
