Justin Freeh

President and Founder

Justin Freeh served as an officer in the United States Navy, completing multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He currently serves as the President of a growth stage defense technology company. Justin is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy (BS), the Georgetown University Law Center (JD), Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management (MBA) and the Harvard Kennedy School (MPA). While at the Harvard Kennedy School, Justin was a recipient of the Center for Public Leadership’s Fellowship for Emerging Leaders. He is admitted to the bar in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Justin is a member of YPO, a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is a Member of Business Executives for National Security, where he serves on the Technology and Innovation Council.

Dan Runzheimer

Secretary and Treasurer

Dan Runzheimer served in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer, completing three deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism. He currently serves as an operating executive at a rapidly growing automotive software business, and is the founder or co-founder of several private companies. Dan is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Wharton School.

Maryellen Reilly

Maryellen Reilly is Deputy Vice Dean at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she leads the student experience outside the classroom, including Career Management, Admissions & Financial Aid. Her passions at Wharton include supporting the Veterans Club, Wharton Women in Business and all of the various activities that allow students to get out of their comfort zone and really challenge themselves. Prior to Wharton, Maryellen spent 15+ years in finance in both the US and Europe at notable firms including Capital Group and JP Morgan.

Additionally, Maryellen is an independent trustee for the OTS Asia Opportunity Fund, sits on the investment committee of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women.

Jared W. Sprunk

Jared Sprunk served in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer, completing two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism. He currently works for a major international energy company in Houston, Texas. Jared is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.

RADM Stan Bryant

RADM Stanley Bryant, USN Ret, is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and had a 37-year Navy career that included combat missions over north and South Vietnam, command of a squadron and two ships including an Aircraft carrier, and Battle Group command. His subsequent career in industry was in Business Development with Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. He is President of IDDEAS, LLC, a civilian pilot, a leadership book author, an expert witness, a leadership training consultant, and a graduate of the Navy’s Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.

Andrew Scott

Andrew Scott’s career was with an international energy company, working for Chevron Corporation for nearly 39 years in several locations. He held roles of increasing responsibility culminating in leading Chevron’s Products Supply & Trading operations in the Asia / Pacific region (based in Singapore). He developed a profitable business model and a positive work culture through training and developing an Asian staff to become top level traders and logistics personnel. He is currently retired. He is a graduate of USNA (BS) and the MBA graduate program of Cal State Hayward.

Stephen Leaman

Board Observer

Stephen Leaman is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served for 69 months as a Surface Warfare Officer. He was Operations Officer on USS Halsey, Weapons Officer on USS John King, and Chief Engineer on USS Portland. He served off the coast of Vietnam during that conflict. Stephen has over 40 years of experience in the consulting and financial services industries including 10 years with the Zurich Insurance Group. He leads an independent consulting company and serves on seven for-profit and non-profit boards and commissions.
