Justin Freeh

President and Founder

Justin Freeh served as an officer in the United States Navy, completing multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of a privately held cybersecurity company. Justin is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, the Georgetown University Law Center, and the Harvard Kennedy School. While at the Harvard Kennedy School, Justin was a recipient of the Dubin Fellowship for Emerging Leaders. He is admitted to the bar in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Justin is the founder and President of the Custodes Libertatis Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that funds post-secondary education for the children of fallen United States Naval Academy graduates

Dan Runzheimer

Secretary and Treasurer

Dan Runzheimer served in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer, completing three deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism. He currently serves as President of Endurance Lift Solutions, a privately held oilfield services business with operations in North America and Europe. Dan is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Wharton School.

Sam Spletzer

Sam Spletzer currently serves as an officer in the United States Navy Reserve.  He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and is currently a student at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  During eleven years of active duty service in the United States Navy, he completed numerous deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and other overseas operations.

Maryellen Reilly

Maryellen Reilly is Deputy Vice Dean at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she leads the student experience outside the classroom, including Career Management, Admissions & Financial Aid. Her passions at Wharton include supporting the Veterans Club, Wharton Women in Business and all of the various activities that allow students to get out of their comfort zone and really challenge themselves. Prior to Wharton, Maryellen spent 15+ years in finance in both the US and Europe at notable firms including Capital Group and JP Morgan.

Additionally, Maryellen is an independent trustee for the OTS Asia Opportunity Fund, sits on the investment committee of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Forum of Executive Women.
